PM + Maca, how much to take of each?

2 PM pills a day, along with 1 tsp maca? Or 1 PM a day along with 2 tsp of maca? or 2 of each per day?

IH takes 1.5g of Maca 3 times a day.
PM is so new that no one really knows the correct dosage. At 2 500mg pills a day someone on this board (i forget who) was experiencing a lower libido and reduced body hair. Better to start low and see what happens. Maybe 1 every other day or 1 every day. Don't forget to update us on your progress with PM.

I believe nidhogge followed the directions on the Ainterol bottle and took 1 EOD, etc, until he now takes 2 every day. I doubt I will get sides since I already take fin with no sides. Gibson only takes 1 a day along with 2 tsp of Maca. For the Maca powder it says up to 5g once or more per day.

I take a couple tablespoons a day of maca.

I agree. Maca seems to be dose dependent. What's great about it, at least in my case, is that it seems to go straight to the testes, not causing androgen sides, tweeked adrenals, and whatnot.
