Treating a Stomach Infection without Antibiotics?
I have a stomach infections and getting antibiotics to treat it is not easy to get, nor do I want to go that route.
Is there a supplement that could kill a stomach infection? I've already tried oil of oregano, glutamine and MSM with no luck.

High fat, carnivore diet.
Carbohydrates and plants are often toxic to the gut

Problem is I'm a type 1 diabetic, so I need carbs..
Also its possible meat slightly undercooked is what caused the infection

interesting response.
There is no requirement to cook meat, although it tastes best cooked. Under-cooking meat, unlikely a cause.
Also, the human diet requires zero carbohydrate.
This video deals with Bart Kay schooling "Sugar MD"
Then a much less aggressive discussion on it here:

I've tried low carb and feel horrible with it. I do best with my carbs being rice, sourdough bread, potatoes, fruits and vegetables.
I started to feel the stomach infection after eating some undercooked lamb sausages.. I would guess there would be some bacteria. I also had a stomach infection last month and nothing solved it except for antibiotics. But now that its back, I don't want to do another round of antibiotics. Was hoping there would be a suitable supplement that would kill the bacteria.

Maybe probiotic foods with good gut bacteria like yogurt and kefir. Even probiotic supplements. But there is a risk of overdoing it. At least these are good bacteria for your gut and it might overthrow the bad bacteria that's there now.

No such thing as "bad" bacteria.
Either a toxin or need more saturated fat.
for toxins a potent oxidizer like CDS

Whenever I try probiotics, it makes things worse for me. Have tried various types I believe my problem is bacteria-related, and adding probiotics to the mix seems to make things worse

How about natural antibiotics like garlic and oregano oil. There's probably others.

if eating raw garlic is hard on your stomach powdered garlic capsules might be easier to handle. Maybe overthecounter stuff like milk of magnesia for the gerd?
