Do you guys believe its safe to use creatine in small amounts (5 grams a day), or do you think it can harm hair?

Definitely a frequently asked question.

It's because of one study showing that it increased serum DHT.

However, that does not translate to hair loss (just the opposite), so would throw that concern out with a grain of salt.

Salivary DHT does correlate, but not in the serum.
