...and is it working for you? Tell us what you are doing to stop hairloss and if you are getting results or continuing to lose. Of course we are all different, so there is no one solution. However some things to help hairloss are universal (i.e. DT, sulpher-based supps, etc.)

I prefer natural ways to control my hair loss. Stress-free lifestyle & balanced diet proved most beneficial to me. Regular exercise helps me to maintain a stress-free lifestyle. Taking all nutrients in the diet, which are essential for hair growth including iron, protein, omega-3 & biotin, promotes hair growth. I also massage my scalp with coconut oil at regular intervals. It prevents the scalp from drying out and also coats hair roots to protect them from damage.

  • Get it really wet.

  • Use a small amount of shampoo.

  • Massage the shampoo into your scalp.

  • Rinse really well, until you don't see any more bubbles or suds on your head or going down the drain.

  • Gently dry your hair with a towel.

  • Comb it out carefully with a wide-tooth comb, especially if it's curly.

I have sleep deprivation-based MPB. I'm using a sleep mask, earplugs, and melatonin. The most important thing is to reduce stress and get what's in my brain right, which I struggle with. If your MPB has origins within sleep I recommend reading this page: https://www.circadiansleepdisorders.org/treatments.php It's one of the best I've come across on sleep.

One thing I'm waiting to try is lavender oil. I ordered a diffuser, but it hasn't arrived yet. I also have getting a sleep study on my backlog.

As for other things I'm doing for my health in general are taking Naturemade D3 2000IU and b12 500mcg. I don't eat much processed food, but I've been having trouble getting at least 5 fruits and veggies a day in me.

For the most part I think I was able to slow it down with this, but I know I'm trying to take even more steps against stress. I can't say it enough, but it's so important to stop watching porn. I don't think fapping is a huge problem but porn can damage your hair and especially your heart and mind. If you're fapping once a day or more, you have a problem. You can read more about this at yourbrainonporn.com You need to do everything you can to deal with your porn problem and it's going to hurt to do that.

There's other things that are important, but those are the top 3 things - stress, sleep, and diet.

Oh and I also use Head and Shoulders, but I don't think it's working for my dandruff. I might need to look into other things to stop it.

I've given up on everything I tried so far. I'm not one to go for months at a time waiting to see some results. If you don't get any after months then you lost a lot of time. You'd think you would see "something" after a month or 2 but if I don't I try something else. I dissolved some atacand (heart pill I take) and made an ethanol solution. I hoping that it will widen blood vessels in the scalp a la minoxidil. Will try for a month or 2.
