Stem cell scalp injections

I have a friend that is getting this done. He is friends with the doc that is doing the procedure and he has pictures of patients from past procedures with pretty solid 4 month results. Has anyone heard of this working? Apparently the stem cells originate from placenta material.

Are you talking about PRP? My dentist, Dr. Panahpour, does this and encouraged me to get it. Here's a video of the procedure:
