Don't bother using any product or cure that is for black people or black hair if you are of Euro/Asian descent. It won't work. I've tried a lot of black hair cures and it doesn't work at all. I think white/asian issues are due to common hormonal issues that black people don't seem to experience.

I'm half African American with coarse hair so I will give it a go. I am going to keep it simple, massage, boar bristle brush a few supplements, some essential oils

my essential oils experience
I have the European hair type, but it worked for me, I massaged this oil with the help of bamboo hairbrush like this. So from my experience, it's quite individual you'll never know until I've tried.

I love black people but black hair cures do not work for those of European descent. I remember buying some sulfur horse shampoo suggested on a black haircare forum in hopes that it would work. So sad.
I think the issues for men of European descent are more internal (hormonal or deficiency) whereas those of African descent, especially women, are more external (getting rid of fungus or other scalp inhabitants). My male friends of African descent (Afircan American) do not give one whit about losing hair because most are happy shaving their head.
