Can anybody help me diagnose what is making my girlfriend ill?

What causes the body temperature to be high during sleeping hours? Often waking up sweating.
Also many times my GF feels cold when the room temperature is normal.
Frequent flu symptoms and pain in the body and general feeling weakness and pain.
I know she has a weak immune system since she gets ill quite easily.

Maybe a gluten intolerance? Symptoms sound like undiagnosed coeliac. Might be worth getting tested for it.
