Ecklonia Cava - Increased Sleep Requirements: Detox Symptoms?

I've been a member at HLH for quite some time, but recently became interested in the IH supplements for general health.

I have tried unsuccessfully to incorporate Fibroboost into my regimen. I started with 2 caps daily, and could not get by on less than 10-11 hours of sleep for an entire week...eventually, I had to drop the Fibroboost after about 5 days because I was losing too much time sleeping. Even after sleeping for 10-11 hours/night, I would have brain fog the next day and feel tired.

I tried Fibroboost again after a couple of weeks, and only 1 cap this time. No difference --- my sleep requirements jumped up again from 7.5-8 hours/night to 10-11 hours/night.

Are the increased sleep requirements/brain fog/fatigue just initial detox symptoms? Or is it a temporary increase in GH caused by EC usage? Will the increased sleep requirements subside eventually? Has anyone had a similar experience? RC

RC - A lot of users initially experience a feeling of deep sleep and getting to bed earlier for the first two weeks or so but it levels off after that. This is probably due to both the increase in growth hormone release and the alpha waves increase as well.

Thanks CS. I have yet to make it to the 2 week mark. Yesterday I tried half a cap of Fibroboost. I may start with half a cap EOD, and build up from there. Note to others: The EC tastes horrible -- like rancid ocean water. RC
