It says 1 capsule per day after food. Is this the dose you recommend CS ?
I can see it contains other tissuse,as well
This one along with Lugol's is all one needs to enhance his thyroid function? Any possible side effects from the supplement in case i don't really need it?

edony - Usually that's it. However, it is important to remove thyroid suppressors, and one in particular is heavy metals.
Lugol's over a period of time might be enough for most, but if it's extra "heavy" some other form of chelation would be helpful.

What about Iosol?
Do you still think it's a good choice ?
regarding thyroid suppressors' removal ,except for R-lipoic acid what other form of chelation could be useful and convenient enough?

Iosol is okay, you'll want to use a lot of drops. It is pretty fast to order.
