Improve ability to keep an erection - plz help
Hi,
I have been on and off the IH regimen for a few years.. recently (i am off the regimen) met a woman and my sex life is coming back to life.. i am noticing however, despite how excited i might be, my penis loses erections quickly as soon as stimulation stops.. in the past I used to be able to get an erection easily and keep it easily as long as i did not orgasm. Now more stimulation is needed and constantly. I want to satisfy her but it can be embarrassing/disappointing when the erection is lost despite being in the moon of sex and getting visual stimulation .. physical stimulation is needed or the erections deflate.
What supplements should I consider taking? As i am getting ready to place a large order for the IH regimen supplements i'd like to add a few additional things to improve erections.
I am 36 .. with hair loss too (which i slowed down a little by the regimen and better diet). too soon to have ED

Stop masturbating to pornography. This is by far going to have the biggest impact. I'm not sure what your habits are like but when I hear
about a guy getting ED at too young of an age, that's my first assumption. Just cut it out altogether. If its a loose habit, this shouldn't be too
difficult. If like many its a stronger habit, then it will take some more mental effort and discipline/commitment on your part.
In general you'll want to take masturbation down by quite a bit in terms of frequency. Do it once every three days if you can manage. Twice a week
should be sufficient for you to see some improvement. If you can go once per week, great. Its not about abstaining from the behavior totally, because
masturbation is a totally normal and healthy thing. Its just too easy in today's modern media environment to take something healthy and turn it
into a hyper-novelty-seeking-compulsion-aversion type of procedure that sort of hijacks our mind's reward systems.
The key for when you do love yourself will be to do it more like you did when you were 14. Go in the bathroom or your bedroom and do it by yourself, WITHOUT PORNOGRAPHY. That's the most important part. Keep it to twice per week at maximum, and once if you can manage it. Commit and do this for a few months and you'll guaranteed see some improvement in your erection quality. When your arousal mechanism starts to sort of recover and re-sensitize itself to more level stimuli, you'll notice your boner sticking around even in those moments where your penis isn't being physical stimulated while you're in a sexual context.
And erection has a lot to do with physiological relaxation, so relax. Don't give yourself a complex about it. The more you think about it, the faster its gonna deflate on you.
TLDR: masturbate at most twice per week and do it without any visual aids.
Other things: lower blood sugar (biggie), exercise frequently in both the anaerobic and aerobic ranges. Any supplement that's good for the cardiovascular system and reducing inflammation will benefit your junk. Poster above named some good ones ^. I've found exercise to be a very important one though. Also, on a side (but related) note, arginine HCL as a powder has increased erection quality for me in the past. Its not necessarily going to make your erections last longer, but it will make them harder and stronger. I've noticed myself getting erections while on this supplement that didn't go away when I wanted them to haha.
