Tons and tons of info regarding testosterone, nothing really about DHT.
Does anyone have any info on this?
Thanks in advance!

It's not as simple as one optimal level of DHT. It actually depends on your estrogen levels because one of the ways DHT increases your libido, and prevents feminizing effects on your body such as gyno, is that it is an estrogen antagonist and competes with it in tissue.
This is perhaps why some dudes function just great on lowering DHT, while others find things have gone terribly awry. My theory right now is many of the men doing ok are likely giving their body everything it needs for proper natural testosterone production. Which means adequate sleep, supplement with zinc, and heavy lifting several times a week. But then, like all theories there are things that poke holes in it like the stories of high school athletes I've read on forums who reduce DHT, and their whole life falls apart...
So, maybe researching DHT and Estrogen balancing may give you more focus in your studies. If I'm completely off base, hope somebody chimes in, but this is what I uncovered when I was first considering doing something with my DHT levels.

Thanks Odin.
The reason Im asking is in relation to my other question/thread regarding 5-ar. A possible scenario where a natural supp might work for me hairloss wise (aside from its 5-ar inhibition) but I am sensitive to it's 5-ar blocking qualities.
So if my libido was good before beginning the supp, and it seems a little low after starting it, I know it would be because of my DHT levels correct? As estrogen would be secondarily effected. So at the end of the day, this is why I would want to know optimal DHT levels for someone my age.
Say coconut oil as a topical really benefits me hairloss wise, which I think it is, (hopefully aside from its 5-ar blocking), but my libido drops a little on it, it would suck to have to ditch it. So I would want to try and find solutions to correct the imbalance, ie checking DHT levels, adding other supps to optimize it.
