This Ray Peat cult following is something that I haven't been able to comprehend even after being a member of this forum for over a year. This thread, and those like it continue to bewilder me. There is a certain aura or mystique about Peat and anything he advocates. I don't know who Roddy is but I assume some sort of understudy/apprentice. At any rate what we have here is someone who devoted themselves to DT for 7 months, and D Roddy for 3 weeks, and then proceeds to create a thread attributing his success to his 3 weeks with Roddy versus months performing other activities that he may now just be reaping the benefits from.

I guess I don't have a real point to this post as those outside of the Peatarian fold have already concluded three weeks is not enough. I'm just wondering if anyone else is as lost as I am when it comes to these two people. Peat is a NW4 but has asserted himself as a hair loss authority, or at least, people have elevated him to this position, I'm not exactly sure if the dude even wants to be a hair loss guru.

update -

This diet has very much changed the shape of my head. every cranial bone has grown to the point where my face has changed (eyebrows overhang eyes more, forehead brought forward and has a curve in it, top of head a lot wider, ridged suture lines.)

Really looking for some advice now - mentality has shifted away from keeping hair to shrinking skull back to normal size. I was thinking calorie restricted high fiber vegan?

(also working on my vanity)

thanks

Don't know why you're complaining, sounds like you're turning into an Alpha.  Cool
