No a meat tenderizer with all the metal studs won't actually pierce skin but makes all these red dots on scalp increasing blood breaking up fibrosis mimic the wounding response etc

DT is not pressing, and it is certainly not pressing with the nails to make red dots. What this meat tenderizer is, is perhaps a less of an aggressive version of the dermaroller. DT is pinching... That said, it may just work, never know til you try.

My hair seems to have thickened up some I'm thinking it might be the meat tenderizer I'm using I've also been eating a lot of almond butter
