What Helps With Cortisol Level, Specifically Adrenaline Fatigue?
I've had two big surgeries in the past two years, which crashed my adrenaline and glutathione reserve. Also, last past summer and fall, I enjoyed long distance running to recuperate my knee from surgery, which depleted both adrenaline and glutathione levels further.
I am at the point where I feel tired throughout the day even after 10 hours of sleep. I've also stopped fapping, but this alone does not help with recovery. My libido has decreased and I do not get morning woods anymore. Because of unbalanced cortisol level, my body is not producing much sex hormone, which is worsening hair loss. My estradiol level is at the lowest while DHEA and total T level are slightly low.
I tried ashwagandha in the past and it literally gave me worst nightmares at night. I have not tried other adaptogens, but I doubt others will help as well. The only supplements that I help me sleep better have been zinc picolinate and magnesium bisglycinate. If you have any suggestions in regards to support adrenaline/glutathione levels and sleep issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I will start with the obvious Magnesium oil for DHEA. Phosphatidylserine, Quercetin, Vitamin C for CORTISOL.

cortisol is a tricky one. it should be carbohydrates that lower cortisol, however, you don't want to overdo it and spike insulin. honestly i don't know where the balance is.
