IgG Anti Bodies, Hair Loss, & Histamine. Does it connect? Empty IgG Anti Bodies, Hair Loss, & Histamine. Does it connect?

I've always had weird health problems that past few years and I decided to go to the doctor recently. He gave an IgG Food Anti body test (I've had this done before), but this time I decided to follow it. I have high reactions against things like milk protein, gluten, barley, bananas, even beef and chicken, and a couple of others.

I decided to start following it and noticed something very huge. When I indulge in the foods that are listed as high reactions, I do get the scalp itch. Once I eat any kind of dairy, I immediately feel my hair getting itchy. Even chicken or beef it will happen.

Is it possible these are linked together? I even noticed that my voice is much deeper when I avoided all the foods in my IgG test. The hardest thing I'm finding is being able to get all the nutrients I need. Potassium seems to be a challenge, but at least calcium I can eat a ton of vegetables.

Would indulging in IgG anti body reaction foods increase histamine?

Testosterone supposedly may inhibit histamine, can it go the other way also? Histamine goes up and inhibits Testosterone?

I saw a study saying IgG seems like bullshit, but there is without a doubt something to this. I really think my T has been increasing just based on my voice and my more calmness with the world if that makes sense.

I had an allergy test, im not sure if it was about foods too, it's the one where they do small punctions in your arm and if it gets red it means you are allergic, I wasn't allergic to a single one. I have no idea what did they test, I dont remember. It was dust, mites.. etc etc, not sure about foods.

As for histamine, i've been told its impossible to measure since it fluctuates too much. Im looking for an anti histamine. I tried cetirizine 10mg for a while and didnt notice much, im now looking for first generation anti histamines like benadryl and cypro which apparently are better than 2nd generation (cetirizine).

Still have no idea what's making my scalp itch, I still believe its at least DHT + MPB gene related.
