Painful Ice-Pick Headaches
Recently I have been getting several ice pick headaches each day, and sometimes even during my sleep, which is quite annoying. The pain is very brief and pretty intense (a stabbing pain basically behind one of my eyes). I used to have these several years ago, and they recently started again after a stressful day. Now they won't stop, and I can't find much info on how to prevent these. Does anyone have any tips?

DIY earthing/grounding while you sleep. Very cheap and effective way to reduce inflammation/cortisol.

Re: Painful Ice-Pick Headaches
I recently had these again after a while without them. I have been scared it could be something insidious like an aneurysm or a tumor. I had a doctor check them out and she said it's very unlikely, but that I should maybe get a CT scan to be sure. Is it worth getting a CT scan to check it out? I really don't want the extra radiation. My blood pressure was slightly elevated, so I was thinking of just lowering my stress levels and blood pressure and going from there.

If grounding doesn't completely work, I also like ursolic acid (for instance E Pharm's Ursobolic) to vanquish brain inflammation -- better than even grapeseed extract. Also a product made by Source Naturals called Inflama-Rest is wonderful.
Also... don't underestimate the Herxheimer's reaction when getting healthy, detoxifying and taking certain supplements, it's *very* real.
