Question about gluten frequency.
I cut out gluten about a year and a half ago completely, but I may have cheated about twice within that time. I am starting to have a bagel once a week and do not notice any inflammation. My stool frequency is much more regulated since I stopped, but it seems cheating here and there is not causing me much harm. That is the absolute only thing that is lacking in my diet, so I am questioning whether this is too much of a hinderance in the never-ending, dark abyss that is hair loss?
I have been shedding, but I believe it is strictly from DT and not an overlapping recipe of destruction.

Some people can cheat and others cannot. There's emerging evidence (I think it's solid) that most of the gut problems we are seeing with grains these days is due to the herbicides (since they are used in the finishing/harvest process).
If enough sulfur or sulfur compounds are taken, a lot of the gut integrity can still be maintained despite some cheating.
