Cold Sores (Herpes 1)

Been feeling like shit all week: sore throat and fever plus blisters on the inside of my lip, been doing a lot of online searching and I keep seeing that its oral herpes.........I'm really worried about that does anyone have any advice on what to do and if theres any way to prevent this??

A lot of the time sores in the mouth come from a B vitamin deficiency. I had a bad sore throat at the beginning of the year and a week later I had a burning tongue and angular cheilitis which only went away after taking higher doses of B2 and B3 (the hard part is figuring out which B vitamin you are lacking).

If it is herpes I would take zinc or find a good zinc topical for the mouth.

I used a Zapper, the terminator 2 model...and have never had herpes since. It just killed the virus flat out.

Yep, that one.

You can get cheaper or even more expensive types of zappers, which should all essentially do the same thing but thats just the exact one i've used...

I used to get cold sores probably twice a year before...but haven't had any for the last 3 years since using the zapper.

The reason why the Terminator 2 zapper works to kill the herpes is because herpes is a parasite and the zapper kills parasites.

Most people in the world are infected with parasites and should do a parasite cleanse twice a year.

Google "humaworm" ... it is one of the best parasite cleanses on the market.
