I haven't really used this stuff for hair loss since around Y2K and prior. However, it does have microvascular benefits, similar to Ecklonia cava and grapeseed extract and other antioxidants that support capillary integrity.
Having said that, something that has 24% Ginkgo Flavone Glycosides and 6% Terpene Lactones at the 60 mg to 120 mg level should work fine.
