hair loss and white pimples on the scalp

my hair loss is much worse on the right side where I can see white pimples...i think they are not there on the left side

Pimpilitus or something. A lot of scalp problems affect the hair. I get red welts that I think is a type of folliculitus that has contributed to my hair loss.
