Anti histamine is working for me.
So I have always this itching and sebum around my temples and hairline. 3 days ago I took levocetirizine for a runny nose and it seems it stops after an hour my itching/burning sensation of my scalp. My scalp starts to become normal and there is no hairloss. But unfortunately I can take it only at night because the side effect is you get sleepy. So during the day it starts to itch again.. are thete natural anti histamines I can take during the day?

Interestingly Ray Peat told me antihistmines work for that also, but don't really want to take that long term.
Also get the nasal issues and itchy scalp....
