do stem cell products do anything for hair ?
are these all just another passing fad and technology in the hair loss world ?

Pretty much. These products might delay the dying off of follicle stem cells if anything. It's still a losing battle. Not too many things actually promote actual growth of stem cells. Hopefully chlorine dioxide can do that. But the jury is still out on that one. I don't think any of these products had any scientific studies done on them, but I could be wrong.
Stem cell regeneration offers the best hope if it can be injected into the scalp. It's like injecting brand new hairs like a hair transplant. No continuous drugs or topicals to take or side effects. People who don't have good doner areas for normal hair transplants would be happy. Just culture some of your own preferably dht-resistant hair stem cells and then have them injected into your scalp. Your own biological hair starting fresh again.
