Lithium... Empty Lithium...

There's not a lot of talk about it lately.  Is there any new information about it (bad or good)?  I'm thinking of trying it.  I'm afraid that a lot of the discussions in the past are outdated.

The only precautions would be (may dry out your skin), but also reduces sebum. Would suggest taking some iodine to counter some effects.

It can do wonders for some people. It's half-life is short and if anything undesirable occurs, it can be stopped at any time.

So is 5 mg orotate enough to have any effect? I have an old bottle that expired in 2010. I'm not sure how a mineral can expire so I'll just finish it off.

It's enough, will probably work. Minerals really have no expiration date.
