multiple chemical sensitivity and emf
Hi Folks,
About two years ago i developed a host of food allergies - mainly to gluten and dairy. Now my gut is in much better shape and i can occasionally cheat with gluten and not bear the same side affects as before. In addition i finally gained some solid weight from 150 - 180. Many thanks to CS and all the good folks on this forum who prodded me in the right direction.
Recently I've become sensitive to perfumes and laundry detergents. Its kind of a hassle esp. at work as i have to literally run away from colleagues who wear strong perfume. I've also had to change my laundry detergent to an all natural one.
Lastly I've noticed that whenever I'm near my cell-phone i get very tiered pretty quickly. As soon as i turn off the phone - the symptoms instantly improve. My energy levels feel pretty depleted quickly.
I'd appreciate anyone's advice on how to deal with this - is it my diet - am i lacking certain minerals/vitamins etc?
Thanks in advance everyone,
Strider

Yeah, I cut out all scented products. I can't believe I wore that Old Spice deodorant for so many years. It's disgusting. I have clothes that I haven't worn in years and when I take them out they still smell like detergent. Yeah, I'm sure that whatever that chemical is that makes the scent last that long is good for you.

Thank you NGB ive done the same - cut out all deodorants, shaving creams etc.
Did you develop any sensitivities - and if so did they ever decline or go away?
Thanks in advance,

Sometimes these allergies can be eliminated by using the special acupuncture technique described here: https://www.naet.com

Well, I still wear deodorant, just a non scented or lightly scented version without aluminum antiperspirant. Tom's seems to work pretty well. Some of the other natural ones don't do anything.
Reminds me of a Portlandia sketch...

NAC can help with chemical sensitivities.
MSM can help with allergies.
Both are sulfur- like - ingredients, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Urtekram make good natural deodorants. on etsy.com, you can also find good natural deodorant
I'm not sure about EMF, but I have seen EMF protection devices.
