where should I buy the supplements? Empty where should I buy the supplements?

I was checking the website about this doctor you are talking about (mercola)...

It looks like that if you buy his products you ll end up paying two or thre times more than if you buy somewhere else...

He's selling krill oil, curcumin etc and he claims that all other products from other brands or sources are not good quality and
in fact we should avoid them...for example think with the curcumin he says that if you but it somewhere else you wont get
actually curcumin but chemicals etc...so where should I buy curcumin, green tea etc? from mercola or the site that cs is recommending?

Yes, I agree. Dr. Mercola is over the top on pricing.

In my signature, I have links. Primarily www.HairEvo.com and some others.

yes but mercola says that if you buy these supplements from other sources you might get more negative effectives than positive effects...so im ok with paying a bit more if the quality is good...are the products from hairevo so good and clean as the supplements from mercola?

for example look what mercola says about curcumin products:

"When I did my own research on available turmeric supplements, I found a surprising array of choices.

Besides, curcumin and curcuminoid ingredients, I found products with questionable ingredients like fillers, additives, and excipients. An excipient is a substance added to the supplement as a processing or stability aid.

One ingredient, magnesium stearate (also known as stearic acid), is a potentially toxic metal additive from pill production.

Another ingredient I found in many turmeric supplements, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate (DCP), may even inhibit the absorption of essential minerals within your system.

There are others you may find as well, but the bottom line is... you don't want or need these ingredients in your turmeric supplement. Some pose potential health risks -- and all are unnecessary"

I dont really want to waste my money and on top of that getting these toxid ingredients which will ruin my hair even more...

researchingeverything - HairEvo supplements do not contain any of those excipients. There is no magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide or Dicalcium phosphate.

Having said that, I think Mercola sometimes waves the caution flag too high. I actually think the stearates are beneficial. However, to be on the safe side, there are none in HairEvo products. The only filler used is plant cellulose.
