Phenylethylamine PEA supplements Empty Phenylethylamine PEA supplements

Hi,

I've come across this amazing ingredient called Phenylethylamine, seems like it is very good.

I am worried if this has any side effects like the Piracetams which is used for the brain.

If we were to compare Phenylethylamine vs Piracetam(or any other racetams), it seems like one is natural and the other is artificial. I have also heard a lot more side effects and withdrawal effects from Piracetam than Phenylethylamine. Maybe I'm wrong, but it does seem to make sense to prefer Phenylethylamine over any of the racetams.

One thing that gets me concerned with substances like this is if it creates a dependency, i.e. it seems the body already has Phenylethylamine occurring naturally in the body(endogenously), would supplying this ingredient via supplements externally(exogenously) create a dependency where once supplementation stops, the body's natural levels of Phenylethylamine becomes lower compared to before initiating supplementation with Phenylethylamine?

Used it many times....no dependency.

Not sure how much "press" this got previously here, but would search it within this forum.

Also search for PEA and Aphanizomenon Flos-Aquae
