Headaches after Humifulvate (Complete Metal Cleanse)

I've been using the Complete Metal Cleanse product CS recommends and have noticed my dreaming is very intense and I even woke up a few times just to get back to reality.
The crazy thing is I haven't had dreams in years really! I'm learning quickly that it is necessary to drink liters of water daily when doing this.

One side effect I'm getting is headaches, they are pretty bad. I feel like my head weighs ten pounds and an overall fatigued spacey feeling. Really sucks when I have to go into work which is detail oriented.

Maybe I'm not taking enough of a certain co factor.

approx 8-12 drops of Iosol
1,000-2,000 MG Pureway Vitamin C
50mg of Zinc Gluconate

400mg Mag http://www.iherb.com/Source-Naturals-Ultra-Mag-120-Tablets/1415

PS I've had a few amalgams since youth and had them removed by Huggins approved Bio dentist in January of 2013.

Headaches are classic detox symptom.  It's probably a good sign, although not fun to live through. 

Try salt loading, see if that helps.
