Headaches - Causes and Cures?

Hey IH,

I remember you posting something about headaches but I can't find it. My friend has been battling headaches for the past 2 years. He has a stressful job, but eats a relatively healthy diet and exercises regularly. Doesn't drink coffee.
He's under 30 and has advanced hairloss.
He's been to a couple of doctors and been on just about every drug / treatment / painkiller that can be prescribed, with no results.
He's pretty much given up and says that he's learned to incorprate them into his life.

Any advice?

Cayenne and Magnesium worked for me. I had chronic headaches on the back of my head on the right side. They have since disappeared. I use the top 6 as well as other supps. Exercise also helps deal with these I think too.
