Headaches..

I've been having some intense headaches the last 4 days. They are continuous and occur on the temple area, in between the eyes and pressure in the head. I think they began on Friday night, I was trying to get to sleep and felt a thud in my head. Felt nauseous and light headed, it took about 3 hours to get to sleep. I often feel "out of it" these past 4 days and find it hard to concentrate. I've almost felt like passing out a few times.

I immediately thought it was the sinus, started taking sinu-tab yesterday. I've had no immediate relief and it doesn't seem much better. Since there are no other signs of sinus trouble including running nose or fever, should I be worried?.
