Ecklonia Cava Headaches
I recently started Ecklonia Cava after a little break, and it seems I get a pretty bad headache about 6 - 8 hours after taking it.
However, drinking more water seems to get rid of it. Subjectively, the additional water feels like it potentiates the Ecklonia Cava's effectiveness too- I feel an increase in circulation immediately after consuming the water. I also get that pleasant fuzzy feeling in my body that Ecklonia Cava always seems to produce.
Does Ecklonia Cava increase the need for fluids?

Re: Ecklonia Cava Headaches
I think this must be something to do with changes in blood pressure / blood volume from the NO expanding blood vessels.
I'm sure there's a simple explanation for this, but just wanted to chime in with this anecdote.
Ecklonia Cava surely is quite a magical seaweed that's for sure.

So a symptom such as a headache is an indication that the body is in need of a toxin purge.
Essentially this breaks down to either dehydration, lack of elimination or nutrient deprivation. It very much sounds
like the first, so yes increasing water (nature's solvent) will improve elimination and then reduce headaches.
