Guys, do you think it can be harmful ( antibioic activity inthe gut etc...) to take GFSE in the long run ?
I mean every day, perhaps in a lower dose....

I think the antibiotic, anti fungal, anti bacter activity do not harm the good ones ?

or must we tale a good probiotics with gfse....

GFSE inhibits an enzyme that breaks down estrogenic substances in the liver.

I dont use it and rarely eat grapefruit.

Olive leaf extract is a good choice for natural antibiotica, or oregano oil, .. garlic, eat greens on an empty stomach: parsley, rucola, spinachi baby leaves, what you can find ..
