Internal GFSE, precautions?

Interested in trying it out internally, seems to have calmed the itch using it topically over the last 6 weeks. Is it useful taken this way?
If so, will it kill good bacteria in the stomach or negate the effects of Brewer's Yeast or Probiotics? (I'm guessing it would)
