GFSE could be beneficial if you are dealing with fungal issues, but go easy on it as its fairly abrasive if you're using the pure stuff.
As far as acai, save your money. As far as I'm concerned its a completely overhyped product/food, and companies were just using the buzz around it to make money. It might have a high ORAC value, but so do a lot of berries, and dark chocolate for that matter. All things that are much cheaper than acai. And if rubbing berries on your head regrew hair, we'd probably know it by now.
