GFSE & GSE

First i'd like to clarify:
GSE is Grape Seed Extract, And GFSE is Grapefruid Seed Extract. Nutribiotic created a brand of GFSE thats called "GSE".

So for a lot of time i actually thought GFSE is also "GSE" and that created a lot of confusion for me. So i searched for some information, and it seems like GFSE is anti bacetrial/fungus and used vs candida.
GSE is anti aromatase and it beneficial for hair.
I encoutered a post in this Forum which stats GSE shouldnt be used topically because it will inhibit estrogen, and i want to basically ask if this "GSE" if really GSE or GFSE, because i think alot of people have this confusion..

So if anyone use this supplements at all, i would really love for some input, what is does, how much to take, if its possible to combine, etc

most on here are taking GSE and not GFSE. I think most would agree that resveratrol+curcumin will be more beneficial than GSE.
