Hi all ,
After reading all the post and advices , I decided to cut down on dairy products ( cow milk products mainly) -- I started taking Goat yogurt and tried Goat Milk for the very first time ---The entire day I had acid coming all the way up to my mouth , really reminded me of being Pregnant again
Anyone else had similar experience???
