Acid Reflux

I only get it in the morning, but I get it every morning. I cough and almost throw up every morning. I,ve tried to sleep upright, cut down on alcohol, take a glass of vegetable juice to get the enzymes back into my body, and I,ve even tried apple cider vinegar and guess what I still have it.
Does anybody know where I can get some info on how to cure this naturally.

In the meantime, you can take either Betaine HCL at the beginning of the meal. Or you try taking enzymes after the meal.

In addition to what CS mentioned you can also try to fight H Pylori through sulforaphane (e.g. Broccomax, Broccoli Sprouts, etc). This alone worked for me.

xyz: sleeping on the *left* side should also help against reflux because the esophagus is attached to the stomach in a slanted way.

As far as H. Pylori is concerned, this is also addressed somewhat in the above link.

Sulforaphane is the most effective, natural means to normalize H. Pylori (stop the overgrowth). When this this normalized, stomach acid levels can often resume to previous healthy levels and digestion will eventually improve.
