Acid reflux

Any good suggestions for natural supplements for acid reflux? Looking to get off Aciphex and go a natural route, tried a couple of things years ago with little success, can only go about a few days without taking the aciphex then the constant burning in my throat shows up.

There are teas designed for acid reflux that have chamomile, fennel, anise seeds and other ingredients in them. However they warn you about consulting a doctor if you are breastfeeding and even if you have gall bladder stones. Not sure what that's all about.

In most cases, an acid "reflux" is the result of bile reflux. Might be a food allergy causing a problem...
