CS advice desired - energy drink alternatives
Bizzarely sugar free energy drinks seem to have a protective effect on my hair and physical wellbeing and are somewhat a guilty pleasure, but they're expensive as shit and loaded with stuff I don't want in my body. I'm currently putting in over eighty hours a week at work and would like an alternative, liquid concentrate similar to said sodas that I can mix into my own concoction. Lemme hear it.

Hey AR,
I've got an idea for you.
Try a drink mixed with branched chain amino acids (powder called Xtend is good), vegetable glycerin, and caffeine. The caffeine's purpose is obvious and pretty safe if used responsibly. The vegetable glycerin is a super hydrator and the BCAA's I have found to be an incredible sustained energy source. You could also add in some gotu kola or mucuna prurien powder, both of which would take this to a whole new level.
Alternatively, if you don't mind trying a commercial product, there is a pre-workout supplement called C4. The energy is incredible and it also contains mucuna, so it puts you in a great mood.
Just some ideas.

Coffee is cheap and has an amazing effect on my well-being. b1 + coffee + rolled organic tobacco at the same time provides incredible cognitive function for me. I think what's providing you a sense of well-being is the taurine, caffeine, and b vitamins. So, from there, you can probably find something cheap to combo out of. Since ditching energy drinks for coffee I've saved a lot of money, and I feel much better too.

Alright, I'm doin' this. I'm going to start playing around with a formula for liposomal energy shots to go into cheap two litres of sodium free soda water. It will be called Immortal Energy and rainbows of joy and laughter shall be at our behest.

This post is directed at CS and anybody knowledgable on the subject.
What vitamins, minerals and supplements can and can't be made into a liposomal concoction, and will they revert from such a state under certain conditions?

AR - I really like Matcha that you can just blend in water. I have a 32oz Camelbak water bottle that I fill up a couple of times a day to drink from. I usually do one bottle of the matcha in the water and it really gives me a subtle lift. No jitters. Just you're more present. The other thing I like is Yerba Mate, but don't drink it steaming hot. You can ice it or drink it at room temp. That stuff is very good for energy/focus. The reason you don't drink it boiling hot is there is a rumor that it can cause a slight cancer risk at high temps although I'm not sure if that's totally accurate. They sell the stuff in health food stores and Trader Joe's so I don't think it's dangerous. I use it almost daily.
