DayQuil and Inflammation?
An interesting thing occured today.. it seems that Dayquil lowered my scalp inflammation.
The ingredients are:
Acetaminophen 325 mg
Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg
Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg
Any idea if any of those ingredients would have anything to do with that?
It appears that acetaminophen does nothing for inflammation and just raises the pain threshold, so I guess that could explain it. What do you guys think?

Opiates would work better, as all you are running on now is perception.
Give the dayquil three days and you will be in much worse shape.
Acetaminophen is a poison.

Re: DayQuil and Inflammation?
I definitely have problems with my bowel movements. I don't make enough of them.
I have some magnesium citrate that I bought at the drug store. Do you think that this is a good thing to supplement with to help with bowel movements?
thanks man.

Re: DayQuil and Inflammation?
Mag citrate won't loosen your bowels as much as mag oxide--unless you take a lot. For most that is one of the benefits of citrate. From what I have read, loose bowels means that the mag isn't being absorbed.
For what you are after, i am not sure what the best course of action is.
sorry man.
