No inflammation
It has been some time since I have experienced any inflammation in the scalp. tbh the only I get is at the back of my head, just above the neck.
Can hair-loss continue with the absence of inflammation?
Cheers

Good for you...
It is hard..., but there are other ways...
Check out scalp fungus, your DHT levels for other reasons, heavy metal levels (immune boost 777 will help fix that), mold scores (check Dr. Loyd saliva test - will also check bacteria / viruses / parasites / etc. etc.)
In essence...
1 - greatly reduce your stress
2 - reduce internal pollution
3 - reduce pathogenic load
4 - inversions & exercise for blood flow
5 - Immortal's supps are very important
6 - eliminate calcification
7 - get your EFA's right (don't overlook Omega 6 - Parental Essential Fats)

I hear ya on the mold & I think I may have that aspect under control, you see I had really bad sinuses issues before which I managed to clear up, thanks to CS & this forum & I'm convinced it was due to fungal overgrowth. I suffered from it for many years, incidentally my hair suffered also. I've done most of the things you recommend with the exception of immortal's supps due to € & can you show me studies showing how calcification is implicated in hair-loss?
Also I'm concerned that there was so much inflammation over the years that fibrosis will restrict hair re-growth. I've experienced some but minimal considering I started fighting hair loss over 2 years ago. At this rate I'll be a pensioner before I'm happy with it.. Is it fibrous tissues that are holding my results back?

Re: No inflammation
Hali-L - Most forms of vascular and cardiovascular disease involve calcium buildup.

Re: No inflammation
CS,
In your opinion, is being adequate in fat-soluble vitamins (K2 & D) and certain minerals like magnesium sufficient for managing calcium. Obviously thyroid plays a big role too, but if we assume thyroid levels are normal, would taking a regimen of Vitamin K2, D, and magnesium be enough to "cover us", per se. Of course, bioavailable calcium in the diet has to be there too.

Re: No inflammation
Calcium is quite abundant in the diet. Vitamin D will boost intestinal absorption of calcium. Magnesium will increase absorption and utility of calcium. Vitamin K2 will deposit the calcium in the right place, and remove it from the wrong places.
Beyond that, removing heavy metals is another way to rid out existing calcium. Calcium has an affinity for pathogens.
K2 is always interesting, because it's almost devoid in the typical diet.
So yes, if you take those three things, you're basically covered.

Re: No inflammation
CS, at the risk of being redundant...you think K2/magnesium/vit. D can *reverse* calcification as well as prevent, correct?
BTW, I'm really fond of vitamin K. Since I've been consistent with it, it seems like the integrity of my skin has improved. I can see it in the soles of my feet, which could get fairly skanky if I didn't maintain them every day. The need for foot maintenance has gone down dramatically since consistently taking K2.
