Inflammation
Ive noticed if I eat a late lunch that my hair does not feel inflamed. It only starts after I have eaten my first big meal of the day. What could be the cause of this?

Re: Inflammation
is there gluten in what you eat?
i'd say you are in a perfect position: try and eat one single food each lunch. very elemental stuff, not complex food, and listen to what your body has to tell you about that!!!

Please! Not everyone is intolerant (in fact yes, but you can get away with it) to gluten, I got myself tested and I don't have anything, I can crunch on gluten if I want. So man, maybe you can go to your GP to get tested for gluten, and maybe other common allergens .

Re: Inflammation
Ive been working on being gluten free for about 6 months now. I rarely eat foods with gluten but it is difficult all the time. I can say that when I do eat foods with gluten it is worse. However, this still happens when I eat a gluten free meal say for lunch without having eaten breakfast. Also, I have IBS but since going gluten "light" my symptoms have been rare. Maybe its all in my head
