Any current Juicers?
I recently just got a juicer and will be trying it out soon. Seeing if there was anyone on here currently juicing and if you had some good tips or recipes. Also, if it has helped improve your health. I am going to start drinking one glass a day either morning or at night and go from there.

I love juicing but go through phases of ding it more/less. What kind did you get centrifugal or masticating? Makes a difference for what you can make.
I personally use a vitamix and just blend the whole things up now so I get the fiber too, but still juice once in a while.

Re: Any current Juicers?
Breville is what I started with too. Its most likely centrifugal meaning it spins around to extract the juice while liquifying the food to some degree. Some people argue that the speed of this kills off important enzyme through the heat. I don't know about that.
Regardless you can't do greens and wheat grass etc as well as with a masticating juicer which basically chews the food using a screw type mechanism that moves slower but gets more out. The left overs are always WAY dryer with a masticating and you can put stuff through a second time to get it all out. Some even have a press cycle these days but I find it isn't necessary. What i mostly do now is use the whole foods (minus some cores etc) in my vitamix blender so I get the fiber as well which offsets the sugar/insulin spike potential of some juices. Basically eating whole foods in a smoothie.
But centrifugal is a great place to start!
My old favourite for my breville was green lemonade which was parsley, cilantro, lemons, kale, romain lettuce and green apples and ginger. The amounts and ratios always depend on the type of taste or result you're looking for.
Either way try that one out! It's a gooder imo!
Carrot beet apple is good too but I also include the greens from the beets and carrots.

Re: Any current Juicers?
i have a masticating juicer.
u have to balance taste. for example add veges then add something to make it sweet.
i use lots of celery, then some broccoli and maybe asparagus, then one wole apple to make it taste good. u can also add wheatgrass or chrorella.
if ur going to do lots of fruit just remember to brush reguarly cos it can eat away at ur teeth.

some good reviews for the Nutribullet blender

As for blenders like vitamix, taping few magnets on the sides of the mixing jar, will turn it into "ormus blender" and will charge any liquid.
