My current regimen

I thought, since most users (on this forum) regimen changes at the same rate as most people change their under wear, how about a thread about what you (with you I mostly mean you who have been successful with your regimen) currently use in your fight agains hairloss. This fact makes it almost impossible to try to use the search function to gather your latest decoveries. Of course you don't have to include eating good food, exercise and the supplements described in IH:s regimen.

Let's share our latest regimen and how we use bromelain, what obscure topicals we mix, how well passion flower makes us sleep or how we mix the perfect clay.
