My massage routine Empty My massage routine

Hi guys, I've been using the Nu Brush, http://cincottachemist.com.au/product/712572-buy-nu-brush-scalp-body-massager-online twice a day and for a couple minutes each time as well as scalp massages for roughly the same time, still have not noticed any benefit after a couple of months. Am I doing anything wrong? I massage in a circular motion rotating around my head and also stretching my scalp.

Well, it may take longer to see visible results of the brushing/massaging. You could try tapping with a boar bristle brush (I do just 100 taps a day with mine after brushing) I would recommend also trying scalp exercises such as the one below:

Maybe utilizing head inversion/handstands as well could be beneficial.

After 2-3 months of brushing with a boar bristle brush, and doing the above, I started having vellus hairs pop up around my temple areas and also a few new terminal hairs near my widow's peak. Progress may just be around the corner.

the problem with this is its hard to distinguish the new terminal hairs near the widows peak from the ones that are simply minuaturizing and on their way out. while it may help your overall regimen i would not bank my future possession of scalp terminal hair on massage alone.

Do you think the Nu Brush is sufficient enough to stimulate the scalp?

No. No brush with synthetic bristles can replace a natural boar brush. You should buy a good and stiff boar brush with 100% real boar bristles.

I purchased two via ebay one from Sydney the other from UK.

The one from Sydney was small and $90.

I also purchased one from Ferox for about $25.

PM Ferox if you're interested.

u should massage with your fingers and not with a comb. first warm a good a hair, then dump a decent amount oil throughout your scalp, then put a hot towel and aorund your hair for 5 mins ! then massage for 10mins
