Tips to Combat Mold Exposure
Ok so we all know mold is a strong cause of hair loss.
I'm 99% sure my AC system is infected with mold, even though the ducts and AC itself are clean, I think it's something contaminated in the roof, or possibly the walls.
Anyway so far I've tried:
- Diffusing thieves oil into the AC machine
I have just ordered and plan to:
- Diffuse Propolis into the AC machine.
What other tips do you have for combating mold? How about internal supplementation?

Hey Ghai, check these out. A lot of useful information. Check out this website: http://www.survivingmold.com/
As far as I know, some important tools would be using cholestepure (if you can't get cholestyramine) or perhaps something like guggul sterones to remove toxins from bile circulation. Ionic foot baths and other cleansing agents like activated charcoal to clear the GI system. Plenty of antioxidants during this period. You are already diffusing thieves oil, and this seems to be important as getting rid of mycotoxins isn't the difficult aspect, its stopping further exposure thats the challenge. Avoid foods that are rife with mycotoxins: wheat, corn, many nuts, coffee, chocolate, hard cheeses, alcohol, some vinegars. Here is a list of supps that are good for a mold program and can help mitigate some of the damage that is already done (http://www.cpnhelp.org/publicimages/allsupplementschart.html).

Well that is pretty much a laundry list of every supp alive
I was hoping there was something specific, as I'm pretty against the "take a bag of supps" approach nowadays.
Will try internal Propolis and some GSE maybe.

Re: Tips to Combat Mold Exposure
They aren't all necessary. Really its going to be important just to reduce your continued exposure. Thieves oil diffused every two weeks in problems areas, and perhaps also MMS but make sure to ventilate and not enter the room for a while if you use MMS, it's toxic to breathe in. Removing mycotoxins from your own body involves sequestering bile as that is where they are continually recirculated. Cholestepure is probably the best non Rx choice, with cholestyramine being the optimal Rx choice. Rdkml has pointed out that ionic foot baths, zappers, rife, and other frequency therapy modalities are also beneficial. That supplement list is for a mold program for someone who is severely afflicted. It is a laundry list, but that just reflects how systemic the mold issue is. It undermines you on so many levels and does it insidiously, which makes it difficult to diagnose unless you're seeing a doctor who knows what they're talking about.
