Tips for maintaining?

Hello, as someone who still has alot of hair, and would like to maintain what I got, without drugs what your advices would be? What should I change in my diet / lifestyle / supplements etc

maybe taurine would just be enough
avoiding nut/seed oils too

Thanks for the reply. I'm actually waiting for my taurine supplement to arrive. Any other foods to include in my daily diet?
