You may want to look into beta sisosterol as a natural alternative to finasteride. Saw Palmetto usually isn't strong enough. Keto if applied daily has similar effects to 2% minoxidil but the key is to do it daily which can be hard because it irritates the scalp. So, look into Regenepure. The aloe vera balances out the harshness of the keto, and was my way of being able to apply it daily. It is also full of a lot of other things beneficial to your hair, but my guess is the ingredients are sprinkled in but hey, every bit helps.

I think as your regimen is now, its fine if you're a very mild hair loss sufferer. But I don't see any lifestyle changes in this regimen such as sleep commitments so you may want to add that in to control your inflammation levels. Again though, a more potent DHT inhibitor is beta sis, but with that, may come increased risk of sides.
