Louise - Click on the vitamin A (which is highlighted, there is a link there). I would recommend taking both Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU) or perhaps more and 10,000 IU of vitamin A.

Thank you CS, realy. I would pay everything what I have to stop this nightmare. The oilness and burning is incredible, from it is hair loss and DHT.
I am already waiting for Aswaghanda , Thyroid support from and zinc and Maca from iherb - 20 days, hope it will arrived.
Rather I will order form Swanson vitamin A.
Also will Aswaghanda inrease my testosterone or DHeas, hope not, hope it will only decrease cortisol.
