Mild hair loss 24 years old
Hey guys! My name is Andre, I'm turning 25 in January and I have mild hair loss and some people say I have really great hair(including dermatologista) but ohwell...
I suffer from DS and a lot of acne on my back and my dermatologista got me on a bunch of crap meds which I won't take.
I believe my hair loss is mostly related with bad care and poor lifestyle habits because it started more or less in the year I became sedentary and it has remained more or less the same for 2 years now! It's mostly thin on the front but as I said, it hasnt moved or gotten any worse since I noticed it 2 years ago when I shaved it.
My HDL is very low(35), while my total is high, my trygliceds are high(250) and so is my blood pressure (13/9) but my t3 and t4 are pretty normal.
I have cut wheat and sugar drinks off my diet and want to improve it as time goes on.
I never brush my hair so I decided to buy use a brusher that I see many people.use for hair loss but I wonder if the one I bought is the correct one? Will post a picture below.
Anyone here has Dermatitis like me? What are yout recommendations ?
Sorry for if I made any mistakes, english is my 3rd language and I AM not fluent.
