Best anti-aging supplements?

What are the most promising anti-aging supplements for someone not worried about hairloss?

in addition to resveratrol I would say keeping healthy gut flora is important so either fermented foods(kefir,yogurt) or probiotics. Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid is also proven to increase lifespan in animals combine that with Acetyl l-carnitine.

For overall visable anti-aging, the first that come to mind: carnosine, hylauronic acid, coQ10, glutathione, vitamin C. Either oral, liposomal or topical application would make almost anyone look significantly younger in weeks. For longevity and to turn back the clock, I would think there are far too many to accurately mention.
